We heard from our adoption agency that they believe our dossier is in Kazakhstan now. (There is no definitive proof of that, but based on the process that the Embassy communicates it is time for our dossier to be there now.) The process is going smoothly and we should hear in around 3 months what region we will be assigned to travel to. I should add, though, that does not mean we travel in 3 months. We will just hear what area we will travel to around that time. Then we wait for a child to become available and then get our letter of invitation (LOI) to travel.
